Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and operations of the programmatic trading product.
  • Develop the capabilities of the programmatic team and integrate with wider product teams.
  • Ensure best practices in programmatic advertising including brand safety, measurement, targeting, and planning.
  • Oversee the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of activities across various DSP platforms.
  • Drive revenue growth by working closely with client teams and identifying new business opportunities.

 

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic planning or buying, with a proven track record of successful large-scale campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in Audio, BVOD/CTV, Display, OOH, and Video.
  • Strong knowledge of the ad tech landscape and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand client business challenges.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
