Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and operations of the programmatic trading product.
- Develop the capabilities of the programmatic team and integrate with wider product teams.
- Ensure best practices in programmatic advertising including brand safety, measurement, targeting, and planning.
- Oversee the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of activities across various DSP platforms.
- Drive revenue growth by working closely with client teams and identifying new business opportunities.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic planning or buying, with a proven track record of successful large-scale campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) across multiple channels.
- Expertise in Audio, BVOD/CTV, Display, OOH, and Video.
- Strong knowledge of the ad tech landscape and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand client business challenges.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
