Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Program Leadership:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for the Ph1/2 migration.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
- Oversee all elements of the migration program, from initial planning through implementation and post-migration support.
2. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Engage with key stakeholders, including technical teams, vendors, and business teams, to align on program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and status updates.
3. **Project Management:**
- Utilize best-in-class project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within the program.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project budget, schedules, and quality standards.
4. **Technical Oversight:**
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure the migration strategy aligns with technical requirements and capabilities.
- Ensure robust testing and validation processes are in place to maintain service continuity and performance standards during and after migration.
5. **Resource Management:**
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring the program has the necessary talent and tools to meet objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop program team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with the overall program lead to address any resourcing challenges.
6. **Performance Measurement:**
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
- Conduct post-migration reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to senior management and stakeholders.
