Professional Placements Administrator

 

Description:

This is a busy and highly responsible role working within a supportive and well-established team. You will have responsibility for organising and monitoring the placement of students with external placement providers. This will involve assessing the suitability of placements and match students to placements appropriately. Your role has extensive contact with students and staff at a variety of levels within the University, and external placement provider contacts, providing practical advice and up to date placement data.

  • The skills to be able to build networks and maintain positive working relationships.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service experience, which will include exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Good IT skills, including full working knowledge of MS Office.
