Product Specialist

Description:

This role will be assisting customers with the introduction of new assay protocols and completing all relevant training and installs across the UK and Ireland. Complete telephone support for customer queries and issues within the haemostasis range of instruments. Complete quality assurance documentation including SOP’s, training and installation information. Complete customer training onsite or in a laboratory and ensure that all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements.

Essential requirements for this role:

• BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or similar
• Greater than 3 years’ experience in a laboratory environment or Agenda for Change band >=6
• A good depth in haemostasis experience
• Technical and logical problem-solving capability.
• Reading and understanding of scientific and technical documentation.
• Good communicator / negotiator
• Good organisational skills
• Full Driving Licence
