We're looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the design and development of GTM plans to drive increased engagement, spend and product adoption.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop product and go-to-market positioning for Tesco Media UK.
- Manage creation of product marketing materials including creds decks, case studies, and event collateral to support Tesco Media capabilities and propositions.
- Lead go-to-market planning and launches for new products and releases.
- Proactively develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead regular business updates on marketing performance. Candidate will be required to provide regular updates to the leadership - strong verbal and written communications skills is a must.
- Keep abreast of competitive developments and industry trends; differentiate Tesco Media products from the market and provide a view of the landscape to internal teams.
- Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
You Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven track record translating product solutions to customer-facing teams in order to drive sales enablement and strategic account conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex market and product topics and frameworks to user-friendly narratives.
- A team player with the ability to identify industry trends, innovate and guide new positioning, all while remaining focused on meeting needs of Tesco clients.
- Significant experience working cross-functionally across commercial, operations, and product teams.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain adoption of ideas.
- 6-8 years’ experience in product marketing and sales enablement.
- Digital media experience is strongly preferred.
