As a Product Marketing Manager at HiBob you will leverage your full-cycle product marketing experience to support overall company growth and retention goals by crafting compelling messaging and building and executing on go-to-market strategies end-to-end. You will become an expert on our product, our customers, our market, and the competitive landscape. You will be part of the messaging ‘powerhouse’ for Hibob, manage product launches, and own product positioning for a suite of the company’s solutions.

Responsibilities
- Be the product and HR subject matter expert and evangelist across both internal and external audiences
- Leverage your understanding of the target market and the product to develop key product and solution positioning and messaging
- Conduct customer and market research, and interviews with internal stakeholders, packaging and presenting key insights
- Develop key value propositions into engaging, simple, business-outcome aligned messaging that captures ‘the why’
- Build and orchestrate comprehensive product go-to-market strategies
- Be the voice of Bob: build the foundational messaging framework that will be the used by the rest of the organisation
- Create compelling product and solution content to enable Sales throughout the sales cycle
- Plan and implement product launch strategies cross-functionally
- Collaborate on integrated marketing programs to drive market awareness and generate pipeline growth
Requirements
- A strong track record of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
- Demonstrable experience of planning and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive market awareness, new customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Demonstrable success in developing strategic messaging that synthesises customer needs, business impact, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
- Proven ability to extract insights from research and translate those insights into go-to-market strategies
- Skilled visual and written storyteller with a customer-centric approach to marketing
- Ability to zoom in AND zoom out, looking at the big picture, at the details, and at how they connect together
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to be self-driven as well as take direction to drive results with cross-functional teams
