Description:
We are looking for a Product Marketing & Insights Assistant to join the Brands team, the role is based at our incredible head office in Enderby, Leicestershire and you will need to be in the office 3-4 days a week, there may be some travel involved on an adhoc basis as well.
The day to day of the role…
Brands Commercial Insight
- Own and develop the Brands Insight Planner to influence commercial and marketing decisions across both the UK and International activity to generate sales.
- Share key focuses for our top brands that align to the brand stories, key products and buy.
- Give visibility of a forward facing view of the sales plan, forecasted sales by week and actual orders dispatched.
- Share insight on new brand & product range launches.
Pitch decks
- Support with preparing pitch decks for the Brands Director and Brands Senior Management Team.
- Gain updated, new and exciting NEXT stats and have them readily available.
Competitor & Market insight
- Regularly review competitor websites and how brands are being promoted.
- Share all insights and learnings within the business.
Licensing Brands
- Coordinate seasonal shoot & product decks for each licensing brand.
- Track licensing shoot spend vs the approved value.
- Support with new licensing brand launches, share insight with channel owners throughout the business and gain exposure for launch.
Brand Campaign imagery
- Make sure we have the strongest imagery possible for channel owners to utilise across NEXT owned channels.
- Track brand campaign imagery for our top 50 brands and feedback to the teams and management.
- Add marketing assets (brand supplied or NEXT shot) to the image tracker and brief to add into the camera rolls.
Organic Social
- Share insight with the Organic Social & PR teams on new brands, product launches & trends.
- Manage any specific requirements from the Organic Social & PR teams for trending products & content.
- Share reporting & learnings
Brands Hub
- Maintain the marketing section of the Brands hub, refreshing imagery and document updates when required. Continually review and improve the journey so it's easy for teams to find what they are looking for.
About You…
We are looking for someone creative and confident with a passion for product, trends and fashion. Ideally you will have experience in a similar brand or client facing role, alongside this you will understand how to interpret data and how to create slide decks that make an impact.
You will need good attention to detail and time management skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with external brands and the wider team at all levels.mm
