Description:

As the firm embarks on an exciting new journey developing a brand new Front Office Technology Platform, they need the Product Manager to build out their technology capability as a strategic asset.

You will be joining at the start of this journey and have the opportunity to shape how the team supports the continued growth of the business.

 

You will spearhead the development of the firm's Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, working with Salesforce.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind designing, building, and managing a critical component of the business, aiming to deliver innovative, efficient, and standout solutions that redefine user experience standards.

 

As the Product Manager, you will:

  • Innovate and Lead: Design and implement the firm's Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions which are built with Salesforce.
  • Bridge Technology and Business: Act as the key link between the technology team and business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative partnership.
  • Drive Excellence: Develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance the firm's service offerings and redefine user experience standards.

 

💸Salary on offer for this Product Manager role is paying up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package.

📍The firm operates a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the London-based office, close to major tube stations, including Liverpool Street and Bank.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the subject matter expert, providing context and clarity to the development team.
  • Understand and articulate key business stakeholders' needs, turning requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Facilitate planning and training sessions, including Board-level demos and regular training across the business.
  • Communicate the value and benefits delivered by the product team to stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Lead an agile development team, working closely with the Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, and Test Analysts.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Develop and own the product roadmap, setting objectives and ensuring alignment with the Tech Lead and team.
  • Define the value of product backlog items and track measurable benefits.
  • Coordinate with teams to manage dependencies on other applications, ensuring smooth development and release cycles.
  • Optimise release timing, considering both support and business perspectives.
  • Ensure tests accurately reflect desired outcomes.
