Product Manager

Description:

As a senior Product Manager you will foster collaboration between Trading Engineering & compliance. Making sure that tech delivery is consistently aligned with senior leadership & the business, maintaining transparency through updates & workshops to increase tech & stakeholder engement and buy-in to the vision and end result.

Experience needed for this Senior Product Manager Role;

• Extensive knowledge of energy commodities trading, valuation of complex deals the risk measures associated and what is needed for P&L explain.
• Product Ownership and experience with product roadmap management
• Working using Agile Scrum Methodology- management and creation of Epic and Story requirements. Assistance to breakdown business requirements to technical stories and tasks.
• Leading delivery metrics and retrospectives, tracking against goals.
• Understanding of commodity market fundamentals, including trade instrument types and commodity specific nuances
• Ensuring business process documentation is in place
