Description:
Our ecommerce site is built on Magento (Adobe Commerce) and we currently use third-party suppliers for ticketing, so we are looking for a product manager with experience of working with ecommerce solutions to deliver products that work for both external and internal users. You’ll need to understand the basics of front and back-end development and be able to bring a product perspective to the feature backlog, blending user research, design, content, marketing and development to curate and deliver the roadmap. The ideal candidate will have experience of integrating digital products with enterprise systems such as MS Dynamics 365 and be able to effectively explain both technical constraints and user-centred design to people who are less digitally-minded.
Benefits
Our fantastic benefits package includes opportunities for continuous learning, a generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance, an Employee Assistance Programme and other wellbeing support such as cycle to work scheme and discounted gym membership. We also offer a competitive pension, an employee discount scheme and free entry into a wide range of national museums and galleries, as well access to our own beautiful gardens at Kew and Wakehurst.
