What You'll Do

• You’ll have responsibility for all Tesco pork-product development activity, including the planning of medium & long-term seasonal & strategic opportunities.

• Implement a variety of dynamic cross-site initiatives to drive innovation and excellence across the group.

• Lead the charge in maintaining consistency in approach across all of our manufacturing sites, navigating customer expectations with confidence and precision.

• Be the pillar of support for site teams, providing guidance and keeping teams motivated, focused, and on track to deliver exceptional results within Tesco's expected timeframe.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in senior development management, ideally within the chilled/fresh sector. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage and motivate teams at all levels, including peers, direct reports, and Board members, ensuring the best possible results and creating a collaborative working environment.
