Role and responsibilities:
Work closely with the Product Configuration Team Leader to ensure that all configurations
are set up as required by price list changes, new projects and engineering changes to existing projects
Working closely with Order Entry and order checking to help guide the appropriate loading of new orders, especially complex or non-standard orders
Working closely with Sales to understand the customer needs for complex orders including upgrade orders
Working with all Stakeholders to ensure BPs are processed appropriately, driving them through the system as needed to meet the SLA
Maintain the Specials and Variants Planner board
