Responsibilities:
- Manages the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract Changes from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals
- Ensure that all technical, commercial and operational contract content has been reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders, and document the contract approval assurance
- Support a wide range of supplier contracting activity including administering procurement processes for new suppliers and managing drafting and review of contracts
- Ensures that all terms and conditions of the agreement are satisfied, contractual constructs are fit for purpose and mitigates any risk exposures
- Ensure compliance with supplier management governance framework including fulfilling all oversight and governance controls
- Track delivery of annual due diligence reviews and reviews of contractual performance
- Provides a structured process, rules of engagement and end-to-end support for contractual issue/dispute resolution
- Deliver MI and reports including monthly executive dashboards and participate in internal governance as required
- Build partnership roles with the Cynergy Business Owners, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance teams in particular to ensure the contracts are operationalised and managed in line with business needs, relevant policies and processes
