Principle Solution Architect

Description:

BioTalent is looking to identify a technical/functional Principle Solution Architect who has a credible combination of experience in business to business consulting related to SaaS, Pharmacovigilance and IT systems that are used in the heavily regulated pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate will be able to pinpoint / uncover the clients needs in order resourcefully propose solutions, price offerings accordingly and deliver implementation of strategy and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management to integrate necessary Product Enhancements into the delivery roadmap.
• Engage clients, explaining proposed solutions, addressing technical concerns while promoting standard product integration and minimizing customization.
• Generate cost estimates for SaaS Subscription and Implementation projects in coordination with Sales and Service Delivery teams.
• Manage the Solution Architecture's evolution, ensuring alignment with best practices, requirements, and agreements throughout implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years industry experience (combination of hands on Pharmacovigilance activity, technical/system development, client facing role, business development or sales)
• Multiple years working in highly regulated environments
