Description:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be a go-to expert for sourcing, screening, and placing technology professionals in exciting new roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to closing the deal, all while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

 

What You’ll Do:

Sourcing & Networking:

  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment desk in the Tech/IT Market.
  • Providing expert, specialised advice to candidates.
  • Developing and implementing personalised business and sales strategies.
  • Skilfully facilitating the entire recruitment process.
  • Leading by example with exceptional and consistent performance, activity, and attitude.
  • Continuously developing market intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be key in identifying the right fit for each role and company culture.

 

What You Need

  • Experience: At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, in the technology/IT sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can engage with candidates and clients at all levels, building rapport and trust effortlessly.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: You thrive on challenges and have a creative approach to overcoming obstacles in the recruitment process.
