Principal Engineer

Description:

We're looking for a Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, Principal Architect or Technical Leader, regardless of title, this role is working closely with Technical Architects and Software Engineering teams building new applications/services.

This role isn't hands on cutting code, but working very closely with teams that do. We're looking for someone familiar with AWS Serverless based Architectures and TypeScript - likely an Ex-developer, who supports numerous engineering teams on best practice.

Bonus points for CDK and Dynamo.

This role can be remote based UK, with occasional travel to HQ where required.
 

• Supporting and guiding Technical Architecture teams and Engineering teams building AWS Serverless based Applications.
• Working in a practice / tribe-based model supporting numerous different engineering teams across different teams
• Provide recommendations on building AWS Serverless based Architectures.
• Working closely with Technology Leaders to support on resourcing requirements.
   

Key Skills / Experience
 

• Experienced helping teams to build AWS Serverless based applications.
• Experienced in some of the following - Lambda, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge, Dynamo, TypeScript
• Experienced in building POC's for Engineering teams
