Principal C# Developer

You will create bespoke software that integrates with the worlds top industrial companies tech to make their industrial plants more efficient and less toxic to our world. You will be teamed up with some of the best minds in the country to resolve problems you and the team have never faced before, so bring your thinking cap!

As a Principal C# Developer you will be responsible for:

• Hands on coding in C#, .NET (Ideally), OOP, Azure AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible and more!
• Driving technical change, working closely with the engineering and development manager, leads and the architects, scheduling in workshops and training days.
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Playing a part in the recruitment of new developers
• Producing prototypes that will be rolled out to the software team for full-scale development
• Problem solving: You will face problems no developer has ever encountered before and it will be up to you and the team to solve this together.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands on experience with C#, SQL, Azure, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience designing and building end-to-end software
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior members of the team
• A technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc)
