Hospitality Inc, a boutique brand sales agency specializing in ultra-premium and exclusive spirits & liqueurs, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and brand visibility in the on-premise channel. This role focuses on developing deep-rooted relationships with high-end venues such as super premium bars, private members clubs, fine dining restaurants, and luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Account Development & Relationship Management

✔ Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key on-premise accounts
✔ Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence in luxury hospitality venues
✔ Collaborate with owners, managers, and bartenders to ensure brand visibility and premium menu placement

Brand Promotion & Visibility

✔ Position and promote luxury spirits brands in trend-leading establishments
✔ Execute customized activation plans, events, and tastings
✔ Organize masterclasses and training sessions for hospitality professionals

Sales & Business Growth

✔ Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned regions
✔ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
✔ Develop and refine sales strategies for continued business growth

Strategic Partnerships

✔ Build partnerships with distributors, event planners, and industry influencers
✔ Leverage key relationships for cross-promotional opportunities

Brand Ambassador

✔ Represent Hospitality Inc at high-profile industry events and trade shows
✔ Act as the primary contact for on-premise partners, ensuring long-term brand loyalty

Requirements

🔹 Proven business development and sales experience in luxury spirits, premium beverages, or hospitality
🔹 Strong network in the high-end hospitality sector
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Passion for luxury spirits, with the ability to educate and influence
🔹 Results-driven, able to work independently and meet/exceed targets
🔹 Flexibility to travel and work in-market as needed
🔹 WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification preferred
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing is a plus
