The business is at the forefront of the MSP space and are known in the channel for being market leaders. They are also known for having a “no budget policy” with regards to training and progression for their staff, as well as a fantastic internal culture.

 

They are TOP partners with multiple vendors. This is evident by them being a top Microsoft partner and an Azure Expert MSP.

Your Responsibilities

  • Presales Solution Architecture
  • Glue between technical and sales
  • Commercially strong – understand the commercial impact of proposed solutions and assist customers in choosing the right solution
  • Will work closely with customers and the sales team to ensure that opportunities are correctly qualified. You will assist the clients sales team with technical guidance on various products and solutions across a variety of customers.
  • Maximise Opportunities – identify potential to expand opportunities where possible and engage resources from other team to support
  • Continuous Market Development whilst working closely with the team and key stakeholders – will continually assess technology trends and the business’ solutions portfolio
  • Workspace Evangelist – explain and evangelise the features and how these will benefit a customer, both internally and externally.
