This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team working across a huge mix of national and international projects, with past and present clients including: household name snack company, opticians and glasses brands, sports and toys.

 

My client is open to individuals with a PR background but wants to do more broadcast PR or someone from a broadcast background. However, the ideal candidate is an experienced SAM who will work with the team to manage existing clients, and grow new business.

 

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations, securing our position as their preferred choice for all broadcast work.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Demonstrated expertise across broadcast media platforms (radio, TV, video, digital, and podcasts).
  • Proven success in high-quality account management within PR, adept at handling multiple campaigns of varying size and complexity simultaneously, and managing teams to achieve campaign KPIs on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of the broadcast media landscape, with the ability to identify compelling stories and the key elements needed for successful media placement.
  • Strong network of contacts, capable of leveraging this network.
  • Proactive in identifying potential clients' communication needs and crafting tailored campaign proposals. You champion insight, creativity, and innovation, consistently seeking to enhance results and explore new approaches.
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example, embodying our agency values and setting high standards for account delivery.
  • Driven, hardworking, and entrepreneurial, with a passion for achieving personal and client goals. You’re a self-starter eager to discover new opportunities and expand our portfolio with prominent brands.
