We’re currently on the lookout for a Public Relations Account Manager or Snr Account Manager to join our growing team. So, are you a creative Account Manager with experience in B2B PR or perhaps you’re an experienced Account Executive who is used to working on multiple projects and campaigns, looking for the next step up in your career?
How we see the role:
- Client Relations: You will be managing client projects/campaigns, attending and running client meetings, as well as being the first point of contact for your clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts ensuring timely delivery of services, client satisfaction, and keeping to budgets.
- Media Relations: Help to build and nurture strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for positive coverage.
- Management responsibilities: You will have excellent project management skills and will be responsible for the management of juniors. You will be willing to get stuck in and get the work done.
- You will stay updated with key industry trends and news and leverage this knowledge to drive our clients PR initiatives.
- Analyse and report on PR campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strategic and Creative: In this role, you will produce engaging press materials, social media copy and provide guidance and consultancy to clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: You will be either an established PR Account Manager, or an experienced Senior Account Executive who is ready for the next step. Ideally, you’ll have 3 + years of corporate B2B PR agency experience. Construction, engineering, or manufacturing experience is a bonus.
- A strong understanding of how to deliver PR and Marketing campaigns through a muti-channel approach.
- A strong appreciation of how to secure ‘earned’ media. You will have your finger on the pulse of what is happening in your client’s sector.
- Media contacts: You will have experience of developing media relations and the ability to speak to a wide span of media with confidence. You will also have good relationships with contacts in the media.
- Who you are: You will be a positive person and a team player with great interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You’ll have experience of managing social media campaigns, including implementing advertising and developing strong organic content.
- You will be able to deliver high quality written materials, including press releases, web copy, client reports, and social media content.
- Exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
- Well versed in social media channels and social media management platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum of supervision.
