Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to assist brand teams in managing their brand websites, localisations and web projects, managing market requests, and ensuring high-quality digital execution is performed by delivery teams.
The role is highly collaborative, requiring securing and nurturing effective relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scoping projects, including the development of timelines and resources
- Produce Documentation (e.g. project plans, functional specifications)
- Manage development for multiple projects
- Report on status back to brand teams and project owners
- Manage risk and issues
- Work closely with brand teams, technical delivery teams and markets
- Onboard, train, and support markets to utilise the CMS platform
- Own project delivery lifecycle end-to-end
- Perform project reviews/wash-ups
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
- Significant previous experience in planning, initiating, running and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies (SCRUM, Agile)
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies (including HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and exposure to running CMS-related projects
- Methodical and highly organized
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Strong team skills
- Strong strategic skills/insight and an ability to evaluate new projects to understand the broader commercial/business opportunities and impacts they present
- Organized, calm and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, remaining motivated and committed at all times.
