Eastbourne Town Football Club is proud to foster young talent and provide top-level care to our players at every level. As we grow our Under-23s team, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. This role is vital for keeping our players healthy, safe, and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pitch-side first aid and injury assessment during matches and training
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to players' needs
• Conduct pre-game preparation, such as taping and strapping
• Advise on injury prevention techniques and post-game recovery practices
• Collaborate with coaching staff to support player health and fitness

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy (degree level or equivalent)
• Membership with relevant governing bodies is ideal (e.g., CSP, HCPC)
• Previous experience in sports physiotherapy, ideally in football
• First aid certification (pitch-side experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to player welfare
