This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to run a caseload and also assist senior Solicitors / Partners with their busy caseloads.

You will be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of the team. You will be dealing with admitted liability cases in the hope to settle quantum.

Responsibilities to include:

• Running a caseload of MOJ claims from inception to completion
• Stages 1,2,3 of MOJ Portal
• Managing a caseload up to a value of £25,000
• Issuing proceedings
• Reviewing Medical Evidence
• Reviewing Claimant’s Losses and Vehicle Related Losses including Credit Hire
• Submitting stage 2 settlement packs via the MOJ portal
• Negotiating settlement with third party insurers
• Assisting Senior Solicitors / Partners on a varied Personal Injury caseload
