The Role

My client are a highly reputable private equity firm, who believe in celebrating success together are currently recruiting for an experienced and supportive PA to join the team in their beautiful offices in Birmingham! The successful applicant will be providing administrative support and extensive diary management to the Senior Investment Partner, their Manager, being the main go-to person at the Birmingham office whilst collaborating with the Manchester office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Significant diary management
  • Arranging travel, accommodation & transport
  • Managing inboxes & inbound post
  • Attending meetings when required for administration support
  • Maintaining office systems & overseeing office duties
  • Liaising with clients, staff & suppliers
  • Coordinating social events & marketing campaigns
  • Completing expense claims & ensuring training records are updated

 

Skills & Experience required

  • 3+ years senior administration or PA to Director level
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Excellent typing, literacy and grammar skills
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
