Performance & Insight Service Manager

As a key player in our mission, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, accessibility, and quality of performance data. Your role involves overseeing the development of business insights, addressing performance challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, and prioritising staff engagement. Recognising the interplay between system design and data quality, collaboration with the Service Manager for Systems is crucial to driving necessary changes for enhanced accuracy and reporting alignment with corporate priorities.

As an inspiring leader, you'll bring substantial skills and experience in performance analytics, data management, and operational services. With expertise in overcoming challenges in ambitious data collaboration, you’ll excel in forming positive working relationships and leading diverse stakeholder teams. Your proficiency will include a strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, SSRS, data governance, and relevant statutory returns (e.g., SALT, ASCOF, CIN Census, School Census). Experience in Power BI roll-out and embedding would be an advantage.
