Description:
The Airbus Support Centre UK provides a comprehensive service to the UK Ministry of Defence including maintenance, operational support, technical support including design services and logistics to deliver operational A400M aircraft to the Royal Air Force. In this context, the Performance Manager will:
- Performance Analysis: Initially, support the development and thereafter maintenance of a a comprehensive performance management framework. This will include development of key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goal setting for the full scope of services provided. Once established, the Performance and Risk Analyst will monitor and support the Leadership Team in administering performance improvement plans and risk management.
- Risk Assessment: Support the Leadership Team in the Identification of operational, delivery and compliance risks and maintain a risk register to track and prioritize resolution and mitigation plans. Thereafter, the Performance and Risk Analyst will manage the Leadership team in the sentencing, escalation - where necessary - and mitigation of risks.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver comprehensive risk comprehensive risk and performance reports to the Leadership team and other stakeholders. Provide the interface with wider Airbus organisation regarding performance and risk management data and reports.
- Compliance & Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Continuous improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance performance measurement and risk management methodologies.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in an operational performance management field in an operational environment including the manipulation, analysis and presentation of data.
- Strong understanding of performance management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven aptitude for employing and interrogating analytics tools.
- Knowledge and experience of data presentation software such as Qlik or PowerBI.
- Knowledge and experience of risk management tools such as ARM.
- The ability and confidence to operate effectively with the Airbus Support Centre Leadership Team.
- Driving Licence is essential due to office location
