People Strategy Director

Description:

We are now looking for a new People Strategy Director to lead this portfolio of work. This is role that has real potential for making a significant impact as we strive to be more inclusive, agile, diverse and reflective of the people we that we deliver services for. We have an ambitious transformation agenda and long-term vision for the Department, and this role will be key to helping us shape how we get there, helping us identify the future skills and employee experience of our workforce as we modernise our services.

It will be a unique opportunity to shape the future of our department, not just in terms of what we do, but also how we go about it. The role offers a fabulous mix of strategic thinking and real-world delivery.

We need a leader who can share in our vision, help us continue our journey to become an organisation that is truly inclusive and supports and enables everyone to thrive. Through this role, you will work to embed our values and drive improvements in employee experience, diversity and inclusion. Working with key partners and stakeholders across the business, you will develop a clear insight into where we are and what needs to be done to achieve the impact we want as a business.

To be successful you will need to bring a strong track record of delivery within a comparably complex organisation or operating environment in at least one of the following key disciplines: People Strategy; Diversity and Inclusion; Employee Experience; or Organisation Design and Development. Strategic, you will also be able to show that you can translate big picture thinking inti tangible outcomes that make a difference, including supporting an organisation to continuously improve and develop its approach to diversity and inclusion in all forms.
