Partnering with people managers in the business to provide practical and accurate advice on ER cases, policies and processes.
Working with the People & Talent Team to define and execute people priorities such as improving performance and reducing retention.
Review and analyse business metrics within your business areas to identify, recommend and deliver improvements.
Being an advocate to better the environment in the workplace by engaging office culture and making social events fun.
What we need from you:
Strong expertise and experience in all things ER - no matter how big or small the case may be. We are people led and policy light so if you are used to working with strict policy steps this is unlikley to be the role for you.
Experience as a People Partner/HR generalist/HR Advisor in a high performing people team (you'll be joining one of best People teams in the world, not that we are bias or anything)
Improve and Innovate mindset - you will have ideas on how to improve processes already in place and bright innovative ideas to create new ones.
A resilient nature and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
