Description:
Legend is hiring a People Experience Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract, reporting directly to our Head of People Experience. This role is critical in helping us to achieve our people strategy at Legend where our people come to do brilliant work and grow their skills. You’ll be responsible for looking at the performance cycle from probation through to promotion and the review cycles in between. You’ll be influencing at senior levels in the business, and working directly with our managers to build an even better place to work, learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for our performance philosophy and deliver across the company alongside People Partners and Reward
- Be a super user for our performance management tool, Lattice (don’t worry if you haven’t used it before, full training will be given!)
- Lead on our feedback culture, ensuring feedback is embedded at every stage of the employee lifecycle, and enabling our team to deliver quality feedback
- Design and deliver training and communications as appropriate to make sure your initiatives are embedded
- Set performance metrics for your initiatives and report back on them, making iterative improvements where necessary
- Support on other People Experience initiatives as required
About You
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- End-to-end employee journey design and management
- An excellent communicator capable of engaging and influencing at all levels
- Curiosity, you’re always looking to improve on experiences and things and are not afraid of asking questions
- The ability to prioritize, and pivot when needed, but not afraid to challenge when you see things could be better
It would also be great, but not essential, if you have:
- Designed and facilitated learning experiences to support your deliverables, championing your projects and work at all levels across the business
- Experience of delivering in Agile
- Used Lattice, HiBob, Jira and Smaply
- Worked in a start-up / scale-up environment
