Description:
The role is responsible for the design and delivery of a range of development programmes and initiatives. The role will support the business by consulting, providing advice, offering support and building out business specific as well as ITV-wide development interventions to support our More Than TV Strategy .
Some Key responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the design and delivery of development events and programmes, specifically but not limited too:
- Using data and insights to lead the design and delivery of learning interventions including projects such as Own Your Career and our ITV Induction, ensuring tools, resources and workshops are accessible to all
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders, suppliers and wider learning and development team to ensure the content and delivery of the annual international mandatory training across key modules
- Work as a development business partner with HRBPs to design and facilitate team days and other business specific blended solutions to training - using needs analysis and best practice to inform the response
- Build relationships with the training providers to ensure that all the programmes we deliver have clear learning objectives and are aligned to our broader leader, manager and all colleague offerings.
- Work across broader Resourcing & Development and HR projects/activities as required
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Experience of the design and delivery of development programmes with clear learning outcomes and measures of success
- A strong track record in partnering and consulting with key stakeholders across the business and HR to identify design and implement data and insight led learning interventions
- Experience of facilitation of development programmes and team days
- Experience of owning and developing the overall relationship with 3rd party suppliers and content providers
