Process Improvement Consultant - A public sector organisation is looking to recruit an established Process Improvement Consultant to join them on an initial 3 month contract.

 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consultancy combined with strong payroll & HR systems experience.

 

Process Improvement Consultant - Skills and Experience;

 

  • MUST Possess a background of working for client facing consultancy businesses.
  • Experience of working on improving large-scale, complex HR & payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of the cause of payroll errors combined with demonstrable root cause analysis skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot effectively with reliable process mapping skills.
