Payroll Manager

URGENTLY require a Payroll Manager for a SME in Bracknell.

I need someone with experience of managing a payroll from end to end, some with complexities.

• Supervising the work of existing payroll team member
• Advising payroll team member about taxes and employment laws on salary
• Calculating wage increments, overtime payments and public holiday pay
• Issuing cash, cheques or bank transfers for employee payments, depending on the business
• Analysing and reporting on payroll data
• Auditing the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations
• Developing and refining payroll procedures
