Description:

A well-known financial services business is seeking a hands-on and experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead and implement a world-class payroll strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payrolls (UK, EMEA, APAC, US) for approximately 250 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage payroll operations across UK, EMEA, APAC, and US regions
Ensure compliance with international payroll laws and regulations
Manage multiple vendors and streamline global payroll processes
Oversee bonus payments and benefits administration
✔ Handle international assignees and expatriate payroll matters
✔ Provide strategic leadership to enhance payroll systems and processes

Essential Requirements:

📌 Proven experience as a Payroll Manager managing payroll across EMEA, APAC, and US
📌 Strong expertise in financial services payroll management
📌 Hands-on experience with multi-country payroll systems and vendors
📌 Ability to develop and implement a global payroll strategy
📌 Strong knowledge of compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
