Description:
A well-known financial services business is seeking a hands-on and experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead and implement a world-class payroll strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global payrolls (UK, EMEA, APAC, US) for approximately 250 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll operations.
✔ Oversee and manage payroll operations across UK, EMEA, APAC, and US regions
✔ Ensure compliance with international payroll laws and regulations
✔ Manage multiple vendors and streamline global payroll processes
✔ Oversee bonus payments and benefits administration
✔ Handle international assignees and expatriate payroll matters
✔ Provide strategic leadership to enhance payroll systems and processes
📌 Proven experience as a Payroll Manager managing payroll across EMEA, APAC, and US
📌 Strong expertise in financial services payroll management
📌 Hands-on experience with multi-country payroll systems and vendors
📌 Ability to develop and implement a global payroll strategy
📌 Strong knowledge of compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
