Payroll Administrator

 

Description:

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Permanent Part-Time Payroller.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date with payroll related legislation, company policies and Harsco internal controls
  • Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments. Obtain necessary approvals.
  • Calculations for average holiday pay rates.
  • Reconcile PAYE, Pension Contributions, Union Deductions, AEOs each month.
  • Prepare monthly reports to Finance Departments, Government bodies and other third parties.
  • Auto enrolment duties, including uploading pension contributions reports to our pension providers.
  • Respond accurately and in a timely manner to customer enquiries.
  • P11D administration.
  • Perform Year End Payroll procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
