Partnerships Manager

Description:

The Recovery Centre (TRC) is a leading provider of mental health support. Since 2006, we have been dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults overcome their mental health challenges. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development of our referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

· Strategically identify opportunities for partnership development with schools, universities, GPs, medical professionals and relevant organisations to establish a comprehensive referral network for mental health services.

· Build strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and collaborating to enhance access to TRC’s programmes and resources.

2. Collaboration and Engagement:

· Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure alignment of partnership activities with TRC’s objectives.

· Organise meetings, workshops and events to engage with potential partners, sharing information about TRC’s services and exploring collaboration opportunities.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation:

· Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, including referral rates.

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience in partnership development, preferable within the mental health sector or a related field.

· Strong understanding of the UK education and healthcare systems, with experience working within or alongside schools, GPs or medical professionals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and develop innovative engagement strategies.

· Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

· Commitment to TRC’s mission and values, with a passion to improve mental health services and supporting individuals.
