The right candidate has a passion for the London hospitality industry with knowledge of the premium F&B market, as well as interest in both the travel and lifestyle markets. An understanding of the digital media landscape is key.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to join at a pivotal stage in growth strategy. Working under the Director of Partnerships, they would bring confident sales expertise to cultivate lucrative partnerships within a fast-growing business.

 

As Partnerships Manager, this hire is essential to the rapid growth of the business through monthly revenue generation. For the right candidate, there is also scope to play a pivotal role in social media strategy, so successful experience with social media (professional or personal) is a bonus.

 

This is a hybrid role, located in iconic offices in central London.

 

As Partnerships Manager, the right candidate would:

 

  • Consistently and confidently achieve monthly revenue targets by identifying new partnership opportunities through industry networking, cold emailing and calling
  • Develop and maintain existing partner relationships to ensure retention, renewal and growth
  • Work with the editorial team to identify and develop additional commercial opportunities
  • Work with the editorial team to manage each partnership campaign’s delivery, from client communication to messaging and execution
  • Attend industry parties and events to develop a strong professional network
  • Produce accurate monthly pipeline updates / financial forecasts for the business

 

For the right candidate, there is also scope to play a key role in developing social media strategy. This would include:

 

  • Developing and executing strategy across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Sourcing, managing, and cultivating strong relationships with influencers in order to benefit commercial campaigns
