Responsibilities Of The Role
- Support on contractual reporting and records, working with the Finance Team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely reports
- Support the Capital Investment programme that is starting FY 24/25 and throughout as required by the Partnership Director / Head of Partnerships
- Proactively monitor small format contracts, tracking expiration dates and terms ensuring timely action is taken to commercially review and renew where appropriate
- Manage small format payments, request invoices from partners and conduct reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
- Update and maintain Fusion(contract panel management data base) for major accounts including taking panels out of charge, bringing panels back into charge and updating contract site lists
- Work alongside the Head of Partnerships to resolve partners unable to post challenges in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a first-class relationship with BT and our Small Format Partners. Building a positive and trusted partnership, safeguarding Global’s fantastic relationship.
- Support other Global departments, maintaining an open and approachable persona, and where necessary, provide a positive and productive conduit role between Global and BT
- A range of miscellaneous tasks as required by the Partnership Director / Head of Partnerships
What You Will Need
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Outdoor market, working directly with clients and or have contract management experience.
- Strong communicator – both verbally and written – with strong people skills, assured in your own ability to handle appropriately various challenging scenarios
- Delivery and detailed focused; organised and accurate, meets deadlines and hits targets, juggles priorities, prepares fully, takes a consultative approach, and always manages expectations
- Demonstrates numerical ability; at ease using reports and data, comfortable with Excel, quick to learn new systems
- Understands the importance of the client to Global and working within a time-critical environment under strict deadlines. Delivers within this high-pressure environment, responding to several priorities, maintaining resilient and being objective and controlled
- A motivated self-starter who takes responsibility for own work
