Partner Success Manager

 

Description:

As a HiBob Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding, enablement and management of our Implementation Partners. You will have a vital role in the creation of this exciting new function within HiBob. You will support our partners and customers to deploy and drive customer adoption within HiBob.

Acting as a key contact for our partners, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure that our partners have the skills and competency to support HiBob customers during their customer lifecycle to ensure HiBob is delivering high ROI. Working closely with your assigned partners, you will handle partner escalations and ensure partner satisfaction.

What will you do?

From The Start You Can Expect To
 

  • Define and implement a Partner Training and Certification Program
  • Actively monitor partner certification, project experience and customer-partner feedback
  • Support Partners to enable HiBob customers to achieve business objectives within HiBob
  • Run regular scheduled partner check-ins and progress reviews
  • Educate Partners on our product roadmap
  • Work closely with our Partners and internal teams to ensure implementation success
  • Advise partners to create and manage a delivery model to support the customer journey
  • Mediate to resolve technical and platform issues with Implementation partners
  • Handle escalations from partners and joint customers
  • Design and rollout a Delivery Assurance program to measure partner efficiency
  • Advocate HiBob’s best practice model with assigned partners
     

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in Partner Management, Professional Services or Customer Success
  • Partner and customer first mentality
  • Excellent external-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • A passion to learn the products’ functionality, and you’re tech-savvy
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
  • Experience with Intercom, Slack, Quicksight, Zendesk, Airtable - advantage
  • An HR or HRM background - advantage
