Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Legal Team and various other departments, you will need to adeptly navigate sensitive issues and data. This is what you'll be doing
As a Paralegal in this team's Commercial and Legal Team you will be doing the following:-
- Facilitate Legal Operations: You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of construction-based agreements such as Appointments, Collateral Warranties, Novation Agreements, and Sub-Consultancy arrangements in collaboration with our busy Project Teams.
- Data Management: After receiving training on key clauses in professional services agreements, you will input data into our online project management system, contributing to ongoing reporting to senior management.
- Legal Document Support: Interpret legal documents and provide concise summaries to the team, enhancing their decision-making process.
- Contractual Expertise: Draft, review, and negotiate straightforward commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and reliance letters, lending your legal prowess to the team.
- Procurement Assistance: Support the team in procurement contractual matters to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with various departments, including project teams, IT, HR, Finance, and Marketing, to streamline and coordinate operations.
- Resource Planning: Aid in timely project management and resource planning by managing documents within your purview, ensuring they are completed and filed punctually, and setting reminders for necessary follow-ups.
