Paid Social Manager

 

Description:

As a Paid Social Manager, you will be a key player in developing and implementing their paid social campaigns across various platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires a creative and analytical mindset to optimise performance and drive results. While you won't have direct people management responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid social campaigns that align with the client's business objectives.

Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies to enhance client's visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create, optimise, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in paid social campaigns.
     

Requirements
 

  • Proven experience in activating and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter etc
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective paid social content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in paid social marketing.
  • Deliver paid advertising campaigns according to the agreed strategy, including activity planning and scheduling
  • Working collaboratively with the Client Services Team and helping communicate Paid Media concepts and recommendations to clients.
