  • Manage and mentor a team of Paid-Social Executives, ensuring their continuous improvement.
  • Align team processes with agency standards, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Translate industry insights into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Resolve account issues and provide strategic support to paid consultants.
  • Ensure client KPIs are met and drive strategic input to enhance performance.
  • Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Deliver insightful client reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Implement and refine test and learning approaches across client accounts.
