I am seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Account Manager. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 3 days in a London office and 2 days remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty or retail industry and be proficient in managing paid search campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Performance Max.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Performance Max.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Performance Max.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
