Inventory Base is a leading Property reporting and inspection SAAS company at the forefront of Residential Sales and Lettings SAAS PropTech. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) on the ground by driving data-driven sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Processing:
- Utilise data processing tools and CRM systems to identify and analyse potential leads and target accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Outbound Calling:
- Conduct persuasive outbound calls to prospects, articulating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass on to BDMs.
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Appointment Booking:
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly appointment booking and productivity targets.
- Sales Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate high-quality sales leads through a combination of outbound calling and other channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimise lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in telesales and/or SAAS sales is essential.
- Strong background in outbound telephone sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data processing tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
