This is a crucial role within the Oracle Europe Practice delivering projects that are critical for our customers. This position requires excellent project management skills and the ability to ensure that all deliverables assigned to Oracle Cloud resource, across various projects, are scheduled and delivered as expected. This will cover all phases of projects i.e. Design, Build, Testing and finally, deployment to Production. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Run Oracle Resource plan, for both UK and Offshore resources, ensuring that resources are loaded appropriately, and delivering to multiple project timelines
- Collaborate with key team SME’s on a daily basis, ensuring awareness of all Oracle resource deliverables and resolving any issues that may affect timelines
- Liaise with Project managers to ensure full awareness of project status and any changes to deadlines/deliverables.
- Coordinate creation and approval of IDD (Individual Design Documents), via account PMO. This includes internal reviews and final versions being shared to the client
- Ensure that build activities for the following teams are scheduled and delivered to project plans:
- BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports
- PaaS integrations
- SaaS configuration
- PL/SQL config
- Coordinate defect resolution with test teams. This can include SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Performance testing for multiple projects running in parallel
- Facilitate weekly meetings with Oracle resource to ensure overall awareness of project timelines
Management
- Support Oracle PaaS and SaaS delivery lead to ensure continuity for Oracle resource and support to the account management team
- Work closely with the overall account management team for resource management and release delivery
Technical Skills
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential
- Strong Project Management skills with full waterfall life cycle experience
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint
- Exposure of Jira for defect tracking
Requirements
You should have experience in the following areas:
- Seven years of experience delivery management for Oracle Cloud projects
- Experience of running a large team of up to 20 people
- The candidate should demonstrate:

- Drive and enthusiasm with ability to see the bigger picture
- Proven track record of delivering projects, to strict deadlines, with multiple projects running in parallel
