Operations Team Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Manager to join and support our property services team in managing an already excellent maintenance service, delivered to our customers in a way that that promotes high levels of customer focus, performance, safety, and quality, with a strong emphasis on innovation, forward thinking and continuous improvement.

The successful applicant should have a thorough understanding of building and maintenance practices in a social housing environment. They must possess the relevant knowledge, skills and experience necessary to successfully manage a multi- disciplined team of in-house trade colleagues, supported by approved subcontractors to undertake repair and maintenance tasks in a fast moving and dynamic responsive repair and empty homes working environment.

They must be dynamic, with a collaborative and engaging style, and possess strong customer service, people management and organisational skills. They should be highly organised, I.T literate, capable of working to tight deadlines, achieving KPIs and targets in accordance with budget constraints.
