Operations Team Leader

Description:

I’m currently working with a leading food group looking for a Team Leader for their site to oversee daily production, ensure targets are met, and lead a team to success.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Coordinate and delegate tasks to achieve production goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for team members and other functions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance development.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
   

Requirements
 

• 1-3 years of experience in shift supervision and team leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in KPI monitoring, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
