Operations Security Officer

Description:

This is a physically demanding and varied role based within security but also supportive of our accommodation team this will require proven customer service, time management, task ownership and the ability to think on your feet. The role is covered by a team over a 24-hour period and involves outdoor and office based tasks including control room CCTV. As a team you must ensure the security and Health and safety of the site, assets, employees and guests at all times in adherence with all Castle daily and incident management policies and procedures. Leading by example, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and interaction with staff and guests; working closely with the management team to ensure best practise both internally and externally.

In addition, you will have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Have a responsible approach, friendly nature and good observation skills. You will be a strong communicator with a keen, positive and friendly approach. Finally, and most importantly you will be a team player ready to support your colleagues as and when required.
