Key responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the Ramp function; direct, lead and revise the implementation of Contingency Plans.
- Ensure awareness of policies and rules, maintain commitment on Quality and Environment Company Systems, identify and promote continuous improvements aligning with Company strategies on quality and environment.
- Ensure awareness of policies and rules and maintain commitment on Health and Safety improvement projects and / or provisions defined at higher level for Ramp Department, review performance and drive implementation of efficient countermeasures.
- To drive, seek out and assemble relevant information and data from a wide range of sources, ensuring that information gathered is relevant and adds value to the improvement of the Ramp operation.
- The ability to systematically think through a situation logically and accurately. Analysing all relevant data when making decisions and providing recommendations.
- Ability to choose between different alternatives with care and to use sound judgement in conditions of uncertainty.
- Ability to identify patterns and connections between situations that are not obviously related, drawing on previous experience or theoretical knowledge.
