We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s established private healthcare clinic, to lead operations and drive the business forward.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic’s operations, acting as the owner’s voice, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, and serving as the primary liaison between owners, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5 years of solid experience in a similar role within private healthcare
• Strong background in a medical discipline
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare governance and regulations
• Proven track record in HR management and recruitment processes
